so, I just did something very brave and I feel I have to blog it quickly (my therapist tells me to write things down asap)
I just consumed some chicken noodle soup, cranberry juice and some lightly-buttered toast. aka. my first, whole ‘meal’ in over 2 weeks.
I counted the calories and it all adds up to 418 calories. A bit more than I had preferred. I decided to calorie-count after eating, otherwise I probably wouldn’t have eaten it at all.
I suppose I feel quite proud.. I suppose I will see how I feel later.
